Went to this place by accident when we passed by and got interested by the big writing of "beef bone broth" on the outside. When we went inside, it was packed by customers and we we're greeted by the bright and big showcase of assorted hotpot and steamboat toppings arranging from meatballs, meats, beancurds, and more. The package was 28k for every 100 grams of toppings. They had 5 types of broths and soups, and they we're the signature beef bone broth, tomato soup, nutrition bone soup, dry-stir mala ban, and sauce flavoured thick soup. They also serve complimentary condiments such as soy sauce, chopped garlic, leeks, chili oil, etc. I tried their signature beef bone soup, and it was very comforting. Very mild with a creamy and savoury taste to it and was perfect when paired with the condiments and toppings, as well as the fluffy rice. Definitely worth to try if you are looking for a light meal

This is the first outlet in Indonesia, after more than 2000 outlets worldwide. The price is quite reasonable at Rp 28,000 per 100g. I tried their recommended Nutritious Beef Bone Soup and Dry-stir Mala Ban. The broth is pretty thick and well seasoned. However, the Mala Ban version was beyond my expectations. It was the most creamy Mala Dry I have ever had. It wasn't that bad, but the Mala flavour was too weak for me. Furthermore, they did not ask before for my spiciness level preference for the Mala version. Overall, everything was satisfactory. Their vegetables, meat, mushroom, and other ingredients were exceptionally fresh. They also had a concern with the cleanliness and hygiene of their cutleries. However, I found some areas that could be improved, such as the suggestion for a sauce mixing recipe to reduce the queue.

The price of food is 30 thousand per 100 grams. It depends on the weight and the amount of vegetables, meat, etc. I like the original sauce the most, I mix my own chili sauce. The tape drink is delicious (ice osmanthus drink), but if there are lots of people, the food takes a while to come out. Because the sauce is cooked in the kitchen first before it is served to the customer's table. There are beef and pork meat options
